Privacy notice

Last updated May 2026. This explains how we handle your information, in plain English.

Who we are

DOC GROUP ENTERPRISES LIMITED, trading as Caught & Booked ("we", "us") provides missed-call recovery and booking for London trades. We are the data controller for this website and for our dealings with the trades who use our service. Company No. 17251402. Registered office: 650 North Circular Road, London, England, NW2 7QJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration C1947110. You can reach us at caughtandbooked@outlook.com.

A note on whose data is whose: when we run the service for a trade, the calls and texts from their customers belong to that trade — they are the controller for those, and we act as their processor under a signed data-processing agreement. This notice covers the data we control: enquiries to us through this site, and our own client relationships.

What we collect

From this website: your name, business name, phone, email and whatever you tell us in the contact form or audit booking. When we run the service for a client, on their behalf we also handle their callers' details — a caller's phone number, name if given, the time and status of the call, and the message content (for example the job they need and their postcode).

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry to reply to you and to set up the service you've asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business that has contacted us and in running our own business (this is a business-to-business service). Where we send you marketing, we rely on your consent or, where the law allows it for an existing business contact, a soft opt-in — and every marketing message gives you a way to opt out.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become work are kept for a short period (typically 6–12 months). Records for clients we work with are kept for as long as we need them for the service and for our legal and tax obligations, then deleted.

Who else is involved (our suppliers)

We use a small number of trusted suppliers to run the service on our behalf. They act as our processors under contract:

  • Formspree delivers your contact-form submission to us.
  • Cal.com handles call scheduling if you book an audit.
  • Google provides site hosting and, with your consent, analytics.

Some of these suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the appropriate safeguards in their terms (such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and analytics

This site needs a few essential cookies to work. We'd also like to use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used — these only run if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time. We won't load analytics until you've agreed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. Email us at caughtandbooked@outlook.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Terms of service

These plain-English terms cover our missed-call recovery service for trade businesses.

  • Operator. This site and service are provided by DOC GROUP ENTERPRISES LIMITED, trading as Caught & Booked (company no. 17251402, registered in England & Wales).
  • What we do. When a customer rings you and you can't pick up, we send them an instant text in your name so the lead doesn't go cold, capture what they need, and help book the work. You keep your existing number — nothing changes on your vans, website or adverts.
  • How you start. We set up your service on your existing number, usually within minutes. There is no setup fee. Your £350 a month starts from day one, so there is nothing to pay separately to get going.
  • Our promise. If you are not happy in your first month, just tell us in writing within 30 days of going live and we will refund that first month's fee in full — no quibble, no reason needed. It is a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee that we offer on top of your legal rights; it does not reduce or replace any right you have at law. The monthly fee is pay-as-you-go and you can cancel at any time on 30 days' written notice.
  • Pricing. Caught & Booked (our messaging service) is £350 a month, billed from day one, with no setup fee. Early clients have their founding rate locked in for as long as they stay with us. Billed monthly in advance.
  • No long tie-in. Once live, the service runs month to month. Either side can end it on 30 days' written notice.
  • Estimates, not guarantees. Any figures we show you — including the calculator and audit — are estimates to illustrate the opportunity. We don't promise a specific number of jobs or a specific amount of recovered revenue; results depend on your own calls and how you follow up.
  • Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to use the customer contact details involved and that you won't ask us to send unlawful or misleading messages.
  • Data. For the customer data we handle on your behalf you are the controller and we are your processor, under a separate data-processing agreement we sign before going live.
  • A business service. This is a service for trade businesses, bought for your business. It is a business-to-business agreement, so the cancellation and cooling-off rules that protect consumers (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015) don't apply here. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is something we choose to offer on top of that.
  • Law. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
